Wednesdays | 7:00-8:15
Pioneer Clubs is a midweek children's program at Community Bible Church, beginning this fall on Wednesday nights. The program aims to instruct kids about the Lord Jesus Christ in every aspect of life — through Bible studies, relationship-building and the development of various life skills.
Pioneer Clubs promotes the formation of valuable faith habits such as Bible reading, prayer, memorizing scripture, and sharing faith with others.
Pioneer Clubs’ curriculum will teach kids how to develop Christlike character traits and Biblical values. Most importantly, it will teach children how to begin a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and ask Him to be their Savior. For more information, contact Rachel Atanosian.
And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them. Mark 10:16

WHAT HAPPENS AT PIONEER CLUBS?
We begin the evening by meeting together and starting with a 15-minute session which features a Bible review that focuses on a theme verse and a worship song. From there, the children will break into their age-graded groups for three 20-minute sessions.
Bible Exploration & Scripture Memorization
The Bible study focuses upon a practical life application that’s instrumental for years to come in a child’s walk with the Lord. Verse memorization will help kids hide God’s word in their heart and live out the Scripture in an effort to make a difference in the church and community.
Game Time aims to develop physical skills in a setting where they are exposed to game-related values, such as learning sportsmanship. Character-building traits of cooperation and collaboration are emphasized in a variety of exercise and fitness games. Kids will understand God’s gift of strength, and how their body belongs to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Clubbers will take part in a variety of life skills such as arts, music, hiking, drama, first aid and camping. All events are age-appropriate, monitored, and safety is the utmost concern.
Clubbers can earn Bible Awards, Skill Awards and Games Awards. If all sticker awards are earned for each category, they can earn pins. Scooters receive iron-on badges that can be applied to their Scooters T-shirt.
