Philippians: Together for the Gospel

by Pastor Ken Brown

Most of us live compartmentalized lives, with our various roles and responsibilities and relationships existing in separate compartments, without a unifying purpose. The Bible addresses this issue in the brief but powerful Book of Philippians, in which we’re taught that everything we do, and everything that is done to us, is a means to advance the message of Jesus Christ, the Gospel. And so, “to live is Christ” (1:21), “have the same mindset as Christ Jesus” (2:5), “press on toward the goal” (3:14), “rejoice in the Lord always” (4:4), and “be content whatever the circumstances” (4:11).

Please join us on Sundays at 9:30 for Philippians: Together for the Gospel, as we learn how our “partnership in the Gospel” (1:5) radically changes the way we see every area of our lives.
